Pauline earned a master’s degree in Business Management from EDHEC Business School in France. She worked as an intern at the French embassy in Berlin for the Department of Agriculture before doing a major in entrepreneurship at FGV EBAPE in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
She worked for 3 years as a Strategy Analyst for L’Atelier BNP Paribas in Paris and San Francisco, scouting innovative trends in the fields of AgTech, FoodTech, helping large corporations transition to the digital era by collaborating with tech startups. In 2016, she co-authored a report on Data Driven Agriculture which referenced all U.S. companies leveraging the power of data to optimize farming operations. She is an occasional freelancer writer for French agriculture and farming magazine, La France Agricole, and leading agri-food publication, RIA. She currently lives in San Francisco where she’s a business developer for a global communication agency and contributes to the expansion of Food 2.0 LAB in North-America.
