Céline Laisney founded the consulting firm AlimAvenir in 2013. It provides public and private stakeholders with independent expertise regarding past and future evolutions in eating behaviours in France and around the world. AlimAvenir monitors and analyses emerging trends such as the rise of vegetarianism and alternative proteins, the local food movement, organic food, digitization of the food sector, urban agriculture, etc. AlimAvenir publishes an annual study: Vigie Alimentation.
Previously, Céline worked with Futuribles, a prospective studies and consulting agency, for 10 years, as well as for the Center for Studies and Strategic Foresight of the French Ministry of Agriculture, for 5 years.
